2. Objectives

2.1.  The objects of the Bureau shall be:

2.1.1.  to issue standardised statements of circulations (and of distribution for bulk magazines) of publications of publisher members, those statements to be made in accordance with these Rules and the Bureau's Circulation Audit Procedures;

2.1.2.  to disseminate the data (2.1.1) for the benefit of members and to publish online circulation summaries of publisher members' publications; and

2.1.3.  to do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the aforesaid objects.
