A notice or other communication may be given by the Chair, the
Committee or the Executive Officer to any member either by serving it on
that member by sending it by post the address supplied by him or her to the
Bureau for the giving of notices and correspondence.
22.2.
Where a notice is sent by post, service of the notice shall be deemed to be
effected by properly addressing, prepaying, and posting a letter containing
the notice, and to have been effected forty-eight (48) hours after the date of
its posting.
