23. Appointment of Liquidators
| 23.1. |
The Bureau may resolve to put the Bureau into liquidation by a resolution
to appoint a Liquidator passed by two-thirds of the members voting at any
Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting either in person or by
proxy, due notice of such resolution having been given, provided that the
resolution is confirmed at a subsequent general meeting called for the
purpose and held not earlier than 30 days after the date on which the
resolution to be confirmed was passed.

In the event that a resolution to appoint a Liquidator is passed, the
Committee shall forthwith realise the property of the Bureau, and after the
discharge of its liabilities, shall pay the balance of its funds, if any,
equally to the then members of the Bureau and the Bureau shall then be
deemed to be liquidated. |
