8. Officers

8.1.  The officers of the Bureau shall consist of a Chair and a Deputy Chair, who shall hold office for a period of one year from the date of their election and/or until the election of their successors. The Chair and Deputy Chair of the Bureau shall also be the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Committee.

8.2.  The Chair and the Deputy Chair shall be elected by members of the incoming Committee and shall assume office immediately after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. A meeting of the incoming Committee shall be held immediately after the Annual General Meeting of the Bureau for the purpose of holding the election.
